Jennie Garlington (shown here with daughter Hope) is truly worthy of the Haute Spot! Not only is she a busy mother to her three beautiful children; Anna (7), Hope (4) and Peek (2), but she juggles serious efforts to help improve our world. From previously producing documentaries at CNN in the Environmental Unit to all of her volunteer work associated with the Turner Foundation, Captain Planet, The Lexington Foundation, and many other amazing organizations, Jennie is one dedicated haute momma to be admired.

Hope Unlimited is just another way Jennie is giving back to society. This venture began as a way to financially support children's charities. What inspired you to design children's clothing?
The love of children and giving back - all of our proceeds go to children's therapeutic [horseback] riding.

What is the most rewarding experience from designing children's clothing?
Giving away the money we make to help children.

You are very involved with environmental efforts and charities, what motivates you toward these efforts?
Global warming is being felt by our generation. Polar bears are starving! Our children are going to pay the price if we don't change. We need to drive fuel efficient cars, change our light bulbs to compact fluorescent and use less heat and air conditioning!
