Mardi Gras

The schools scheduled Winter Break a week too early...we can't make it to Bourbon Street :(

I will, however, be logging-on to NOLA's Mardi Gras website. Their parade cams bring you the excitement & beauty of the Uptown parades (along with boubocam, beadcam, karaokecam, rivercam, and quartercam).

I'm going to attempt Emeril's King Cake and go out for Cajun Tuesday evening. Then, on Wednesday, say farewell to Starbucks for 40 days! What are your Fat Tuesday plans??
